At John Turners Black Belt Academy we incorporate
Taekwondo (The Way of the Feet & Fist), Kick Boxing Techniques and a strong emphasis on Self Defence through our Han Mu
Do programme (Korean Martial Arts).
We also train in weapons including Nunchaku, Kali (Escrima) & Bong (Long Staff),
along with Knife & Gun Defence.
